About Me

Hello. I am Urmita Sikder, Lecturer at Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I have finished my undergradute studies from the same department. For my BSc thesis, I worked on the effects of channel indium concentration in InGaAs heterostructure MOSFETs. I am currently pursuing MSc in EEE at BUET. My research interest includes nanoelectronics, nanotechnology and optoelectronics. I am particularly interested in modeling, characterization and fabrication of solid-state devices and physics and applications of novel nanoscale devices. My résumé can be downloaded here.
